There is no recent product. Lg servis center di Panglima Polim, pelayanan sangat memuaskan, pelayanan yang ramah dan cepat. Bagus, pelayanan cepet, ramah, harga wajar. Cuma parkirannya terbatas. Hampir bintang 4 gara2 parkiran sempit. Tp bisa dimaafkan karna ngerjainnya cepet, jd gak terlalu antri dan jd gak banyak kendaraan parkir. Saya udah telfon 14010 janjian dikasih tanggal dan waktu perkiraan, eh dr servicenya gadateng2 trs gadikasih kabar sama sekali. Perugasnya ramah, responsif, pelayanan OK. Menangani servis dan aftersale semua produk LG mulai dari elektronik hingga HP. Lokasi mudah ditemui. Petugasnya banyak. Pelayanan baik dan ramah. Negatifnya parkir sangat terbatas. Kecewa pake produk LG AC Smart inverter 1pk T10EMV baru 2 tahun evap AC nya udah GAK lagi2 pake LG Ganti layar hp LG L Bello problem layar kuning sebelah. Butuh seminggu karna harus PO part nya dulu. Its oke, Keluhan saya adalah setelah di servis. Katanya ganti 1 set lcd & touchscreen yang umumnya klo 1 set berarti sudah menyatu, tapi ada debu dan bahkan ada 1 bulu yang terjebak antara lcd & touchscreen. Yang bikin saya tak kalah heran. Bezel sekeliling layar lecet cuil entah bekas jatuh atau bekas cungkilan, Mengingat ini hape baru dan saat saya serahkan mulus 100persen. Pengalaman saya kali ini menurut saya Kualitas penanganannya seperti servis hp pinggir jalan tapi bedanya ini resmi dan gratis karna masih garansi. Dan katanya akan di ganti tapi harus PO cassing selama 6 minggu. Kita tunggu saja. Never go there, but the service is good. Saya telpon kmren, besoknya lgsng datang kermah untuk memperbaiki msalah, dan cepat di slsaikan apa kerusakanny, mantap Tolong LG berbenah barangnya sering rusak. Belum lagi teknisi AC nya. Suka modus tambah freon 500rb bolak balik m aja beli ac 10 juta masih lebih baik merek daikin bisa menjamin tdk isi freon 5 tahun. Udah kecewa sy produk LG. Saya suka banget sama produk LG, mau tanya kalo benerin LG g4 stylus lcdnya kena warna jadi hitam sebelah layarnya itu brp an ya? Trima kasih sblm nya Tempat yang sangat baik, pelayanan yang baik, selain service elektronik bisa juga untuk service handphone, tapi harga agak lumayan mahal, tapi juga terjamin Pelayanan bagus, fasilitas untuk pengunjung lengkap mulai dr playground bahi customer yg membawa anak kecil, tempat charger, internet dan WiFi, teh kopi n air mineral juga disediakan gratis bagi customer. Menunggu barang yg diservis jadi gat bosen n bete krn lumayan lama nunggunya. Untuk harga servis beda beda tergantung kerusakan tapi kemarin batal servis dvd home theater setelah nunggu lama karna setelah dicek, biaya servis plus sparepart hampir sama dengan harga beli baru dan garansinya hanya sebulan. Mo service hp nunggunya berjam2 padahal saya cm nunggu 2 nomor antrian. Teknisi hp cuma ada 1 orang. Saya memperbaiki DVD Jome Theater yg rusak, MPEG + Power Supply nya bermasalah. Claim Garansi gampang dan bener2 bebas biaya. Yg penting belum 1tahun sejak tanggal kwitansi pembelian, proses perbaikan 2 sampai 4 minggu. Cukup fair pelayanannya, mekuaskan. Mudah2an awet. Pada tgl 6 Februari 2019 modul sensor AC saya type S05LFG-2 diganti baru oleh LG melalui teknisi yang bernama Haryono dengan biaya sebesar Rp -. Namun pada tanggal 7 April 2019 tampaknya sensor AC saya rusak kembali karena tidak bisa dimatikan setelah sebelumnya tidak bisa dihidupkan. Apakah mutu produk LG demikian buruknya karena baru dua bulan sudah rusak kembali? Garansi produk hanya satu bulan. Apakah saya harus membayar Rp - lagi seandainya sensor tersebut diganti baru, yang berarti saya harus bayar Rp - satu juta lima puluh enam ribu untuk sebuah modul sensor karena mutunya yang baru dua bulan sudah rusak. Padahal LG adalah sebuah perusahaan multi nasional yang bonafide, ternyata mutu produksinya kurang bagus. Sayang sekali! Tempatnya nyaman, terdapat tempat bermain anak juga. Saya kesini untuk klaim garansi baterai hp dan overall pelayanannya juga cukup cepat, walaupun barang tidak tersedia cukup datang 2 hari sesudahnya barang sudah pasti ready kembali dan pemasangannya langsung ditempat di dapan pelanggan dan juga cepat.
